YOGA WITH SAREDE

"I never liked yoga until I took a class with Sarede. She got me hooked! Her classes really flow and give a full body workout. You will get stretched, toned, and energized all in a short amount of time. Sarede also varies each class so it is not the same week after week. She picks a focus based on what students want and goes with it, and it is always an amazing class! She comes around to make corrections and help students get deeper into the poses. I have tried various yoga classes since I moved and can no longer attend Sarede's classes, and I can honestly say, I have yet to find a teacher as good." - Elana Kahan
"I took a power yoga class this year. At my first class, my teacher, Sarede Switzer did a crow pose into a freestanding headstand. I had never seen anyone do that, and those 2 poses became my goals for the class. I got the crow after a few classes, but could not get the headstand without a wall.... until tonight, my last class. I feel incredible, and would like to thank Sarede- my children now think I am a superhero :)" - Jessica Wahrhaftig

"Sarede's yoga classes are instructed with clarity and personal guidance that enable the students to grow in their practice. By attending Sarede's classes, I have grown to love yoga and have become stronger and more flexible than I thought possible. The professionalism and personal attention to the students and the overall tone of the classes make it a compelling and satisfying experience." - Tziry Plotkin
"I have been attending yoga classes with Sarede for over a year and could not be happier. Sarede is very patient and instructs the class very well. She also allows you to do any pose at your own pace and whatever you are most comfortable with. She is very good at catering to everyone's needs as well.I find that Sarede is always changing the way she teaches class to make it a better environment by teaching different poses that benefit everyone." - Chava Rozenfeld
"Sarede has a gentle way of inspiring aspiring yogis to trust themselves and develop their own body awareness. Sarede always asks her students if they have any requests and She brings different movements and stretches to each lesson. It's never boring... During yoga lessons Sarede teaches about breathing and movements we can implement and utilize for optimal day to day functioning. Taking parts of the lessons home and incorporating them into my life has been a huge benefit of attending Sarede's classes. Sometimes hectic days get the better of me, and stopping, doing some simple breathing and movements I learned from Sarede help me feel refreshed and invigorated and ready to face the day better." - C.G.
